Gig camera bodies are 2x Nikon D750s complete with Nikon Battery grips, gig lenses are Sigma Art series 24mm F1.4, Sigma Art Series 50mm F1.4, Sigma 85mm F1.4, Nikon 24-120mm F4, Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 & Sigma 70-200 F2.8. These cameras and lenses allow me to get very close and very bright gig photos, regardless of the venue size lighting.
I like to shoot the whole gig if possible and have been lucky to do so for many bands as they are often not warmed up by the time the usual first three songs are done. I am lucky enough to shoot for a fantastic webite aswell as my own, check out The Moshville Times, www.moshville.co.uk for all your Rock & Metal needs.
I like to shoot odd angles, close ups, especially when the bands act up for the camera as they make for more interesting photos.
